At Boldtrack, we are committed to delivering premium quality GPS tracking solutions along with an exceptional customer experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted.
We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:
The product is physically damaged or defective upon delivery.
The product is not tampered and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
An incorrect item has been delivered.
The product is non-functional or fails to power on upon first use.
If the customer is not satisfied with the product or wants to return a non-defective item within the return window.
Customers can also opt for an exchange and choose another product of their choice within the 15-day period. (Price difference, if any, will be adjusted separately.)
All items are returnable or exchangeable within 15 calendar days of receiving the product — for any reason.
Once the product is received and inspected, a replacement, exchange, or refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, as deemed appropriate.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact our support team via email at support@boldtrack.in or by phone at +918448555826 during support hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Provide your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and supporting images or video evidence (if applicable).
Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide a prepaid return label via email and schedule a reverse pickup.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
Wait for the reverse pickup (usually completed within 2–4 business days after approval).
Upon receipt and inspection, we will process the refund, exchange, or replacement.
Shipping Note: Return and exchange shipping is covered by Boldtrack. You will not be charged for the pickup.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refusal to accept the parcel may lead to restrictions on future orders.
All return and exchange requests are subject to internal verification.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Price adjustments for exchanges (if applicable) will be discussed at the time of request.
Boldtrack reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
