Payment Policy

At Boldtrack, we strive to offer a secure, seamless, and flexible payment experience for all our customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the payment methods, processing, and related concerns when you place an order on our platform.

Accepted Payment Methods

We support a variety of payment options to ensure convenience:

• Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay

• Debit Cards – All major Indian banks

• Net Banking – Supported across major Indian banks

• UPI – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, and more

• Wallets – Paytm, PhonePe, and others

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for select products and pincodes (subject to eligibility and order value limits)

Payment Confirmation

• Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation with the Order ID and invoice details.

• In case of payment failure, no amount will be deducted. If any deduction occurs due to network issues, it will be auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.

Payment Security

• All transactions on Boldtrack are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure complete security.

• We do not store any of your card or payment details. All payments are securely processed by our trusted payment gateway partners.

Payment Issues

If your payment is deducted but order is not confirmed:

• Please wait for 30 minutes and check your email for a confirmation.

• If not received, contact our support team with transaction ID or payment reference.

Cash on Delivery Policy

• COD is available on eligible orders. Boldtrack reserves the right to disable COD for certain high-value or bulk orders.

• Orders placed using COD must be confirmed via call or email before dispatch.

• Repeated COD order refusals may lead to restrictions on using this option in future.

Pricing & Invoicing

• All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

• A detailed invoice will be provided with each order, which can also be downloaded from your account/order section or requested via support.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and prevent fraud:

• Orders may be subject to additional verification.

• Boldtrack reserves the right to cancel orders or block accounts in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
